Does not even start. Rip off
The app never even opened. I kept getting a message that it kept closing. Fortunately there was a refund button and I got my money back.
Doesn't work
All the text is white on a white background making it impossible to read.

I really like this. It has all the Inland Rules which is great for easy reference when out on the water. The graphics are really clear and easy to understand, and it seems well researched.
