Docelio - Scanner PDF & OCR

Scan your documents, extract their text, and prepare your PDFs from your phone. Docélio helps you with your invoices, course materials, contracts, and administrative tasks. Scan multiple pages, extract French text, merge your PDFs, or add a handwritten signature, all without creating a Docélio account. YOUR DOCUMENTS ON YOUR DEVICE Scans and their text are processed on your phone. Docélio does not transmit the content of your documents to its servers. You choose which files to export or share and who they are shared with. EVERYDAY TOOLS • PDF Scanner: edge detection, perspective correction, and multi-page capture. • Import: add your PDFs, JPG/PNG images, and Word files (.docx) to your library. • French OCR: recognize the printed text in your documents to copy and reuse it. • Word Export: convert your PDFs to .docx or export the recognized text. The result depends on the document. The original layout is not always preserved. • Handwritten signature: Add your signature to a PDF without printing. • PDF merge: Combine multiple documents into a single file. • Photo clipping: Remove the background from an image. • Local library: Find and manage documents saved in the application. FREE VERSION Scan without a scan quota. The free version contains ads, particularly upon opening and after certain operations. Merging and signing each include 3 free uses per month. Some features, including OCR and exporting recognized text to Word, can be temporarily unlocked by watching a rewarded ad, depending on availability. This option is also offered after the merging or signing quota is exhausted. DOCÉLIO PRO The annual subscription removes ads and provides access to OCR, Word export, merging, and signing without the limitations of the free version. The price and applicable terms are displayed in the app and by Google Play before confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel it in Google Play. Lifetime purchases made with previous offers are still recognized when restored with the associated Google account. PRIVACY AND CONTROL Optional usage statistics are disabled by default and can be enabled or disabled in the settings. They do not contain the text or content of your documents. Advertising services may process technical and advertising data based on your choices; advertising preferences are managed separately in the app. Keep a copy of important documents outside the app. Clearing its storage or uninstalling the app may delete its local library; exported copies and previously shared files are managed separately.
