Hi Rachel, sorry for your experience. However, Docelio Pro is a one-time purchase of €9.99 with no subscription, and we have no record of any $49.95 charge. This review may be about a different app. If you believe you were charged through Docelio, please contact us at contact@kolidom.fr and we'll look into it right away.
