why is the app not allowing me open my games? i am not getting all my credit cause of this.

great app pays u 4 playing almost any game even through other platforms very nice 👏👍
I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 months or more but no answers...I can't cash out $10 says error and suspicious activity. without support contacting me back all these months what's up with that?
I have been trying to redeem my points for a gift card, shows it going through and then a week later the balance reverts back. Pointless app and from the previous reviews, pointless customer service too! 🤬
The points add up quickly, however cashing out is nearly impossible. Customer service has replied, but blames PayPal for delayed payouts. I consistently get the same "failed" pop-up message with no assistance. I never have a problem with other games paying out to PayPal
was amazing at first now im getting close to the first bonus it continually freezes or kicks me out
App randomly eats earnings and does not allow cash out. Asking for cash out apparently is suspicious activity. No valid way to contact support. Actual issues ignored, generic emails sometimes sent from supposed support, but do not address the issues. No response when I request further assistance.
THIS.APP.SUCKS. was excited to play at first.. tried requests at different times/options. get returned a few days later. tried again. There are NO notifications to "accept". no email, no app note. im in PP daily. also nothin for any I tried. over and over I EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND TOLD THEM. 1 auto resp. and no more after multiple attempts to tell. app is also very glitchy. tried canceling acct. wanted me to verify myself over and over. emailed CS AGAIN. same auto resp and more ignoring
