well I really like it when they come to my house and pick me up. I'm Handicapped and it's really hard for me to get around now, but this makes it easier for me
service and friendly staff. they are 100%
the my ride has helped me out a lot I lost my car last February I couldn't get around without them.

Cons: 1) the app often glitches out when I book a ride closer to either end of the day when it's in service & says the ride cannot be booked due to high activity on GMT's servers 2) it doesn't operate on Sundays 3) it would be much more efficient if it the Montpelier Hospital Hill route wasn't terminated Pros: 1) App is intuitive & runs a lot like Uber's app 2) On time performance is good

Although the system can be a bit sketchy, the drivers and call center is ALWAYS top notch!❤
