OCT update: now I never see any project in the general list, they only send long distance offers for low pay. $8-15 for jobs 100+ mi away? Worthless! I have worked with the app since 2024, payout was never great. Now even the special offers are not that great, one was even offering less money than if you claimed it from the general list! Just today they removed some of my assignments that were from a special offer by "clients request" but remained in general list and picked up by others.

The task was easy enough, but no clue if I did it, right? It was my first time. Reach out for support. Got crickets The virtual assistant is useless. And if you don't do it just right. You don't get paid.

My first assignment was 35 miles away from home. I was told it would be 16 miles. other members there also with "Survey" traveled as far as I did. Multiple mebers asked me, which hotel did the company reserve for me? I was suprised to learn they all had hotel rooms for the duration of the reset, which was estimated to be 2 weeks. I worked one day and was unable to afford to make it the rest of the time and sadly received a bad review because of it. Trying to get closer jobs to try agai

We hear the frustration, but the app has definitely not been abandoned. Our team is actively working through current app issues and making improvements to performance and stability. We know some of the recent issues have made the experience more difficult than it should be, and we appreciate the feedback as we continue working to improve it.
