Hello users, In this new update, we have changed the api from the development server to the production server. Additionally, we have added OTP based logins. People logging in for the first time will get an OTP to their registered email or mobile phone and they can set their passwords . People who have already gotten their passwords set can now access OTP based logins
Attendance, homework, marks and timetable for AVG Vidyalaya teachers
AVG Teacher is the staff app for teachers at AVG Vidyalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Kovilambakkam, Chennai. It handles the daily jobs that usually mean a register, a notebook or a walk to the office. Sign in with the login the school gave you and everything for your classes is on your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO Your day at a glance See the periods you teach today, which one is on right now, and any period where you are covering for a colleague. Switch to the week view to see the full timetable. Attendance Class teachers can mark the daily roll for their own section, add a note for leave or on-duty students and confirm it when it is done. Changes save as you go, so you can pick up where you left off. If you confirm by mistake, you can undo it within the allowed time. You also get a reminder in the evening if a roll has not been confirmed. Homework and notes Post homework or class notes for the sections and subjects you teach, add attachments, and edit a post on the day you publish it. If your school asks for approval before homework goes out, you can submit it for review and see when it has been approved or sent back with a reason. Marks Open your marks grids, enter marks for each student and submit them when you are finished. Marks stay on your grid until the school releases results. Leave and substitutions Apply for leave and follow its status. When you are asked to cover a class, the details show up on your timetable and in your notifications. Notices Read circulars and announcements from the school and acknowledge the ones that ask for it. Calendar See school events and holidays, and send in a request for an event for your classes, which management can approve. Notifications Get alerts for things that need you, such as substitutions, leave decisions and notices. You can turn individual types on or off in settings. WHO IT IS FOR This app is for teaching staff of AVG Vidyalaya. You need the login details issued by the school. If you have not received them, please contact the school office. Some features may appear only after the school turns them on for your account.
