For approved guides: take calls, support members and track your earnings.
SupportApp is the companion app for our guides — the caring listeners who talk with members over audio and video calls and help them feel heard. Go online whenever you are free, receive calls from members of our partner apps who need someone to talk to, and see your earnings grow with every conversation. • GO ONLINE IN ONE TAP Switch yourself online or offline instantly. Choose whether you accept audio calls, video calls, or both. • NEVER MISS A CALL Incoming calls ring on a full screen, even when your phone is locked or the app is closed, so members can always reach you while you are online. • CLEAR AUDIO & VIDEO CALLS Smooth, reliable calls designed for real, meaningful conversations. Switch camera, mute, or use the speaker anytime during a call. • TRACK YOUR EARNINGS Every call adds coins to your wallet. See what you earned today, this week or this month with a simple chart and full wallet activity. • WITHDRAW WITH EASE Add your bank account or UPI ID and request a withdrawal in a few taps. Follow the status of every payout request. • ALL YOUR CALLS IN ONE PLACE Review your audio and video call history at a glance, with ratings from members. • YOUR PROFILE, YOUR WAY Set your photo, tagline, bio, the languages you speak and the topics you are comfortable with, so members can find the right guide. • AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AND MALAYALAM HOW TO BECOME A GUIDE SupportApp is only for approved guides. If you would like to join, open the app, tap "Request to join" and send a short request with your name, contact details, languages and a quick selfie. Our team reviews every request and will contact you. Once approved, simply log in with your mobile number and OTP. SAFE AND PRIVATE Members and guides never see each other's phone numbers. Calls happen inside the app, and you can go offline whenever you need a break. Need help? Reach us from Help & Support inside the app.
