Pathetic customer support and zero accountability! Despite a confirmed booking, the bus never arrived, leaving me stranded for 1.5 hours in the middle of the night. The operator was unreachable, and RedBus offered no meaningful help or solution. Taking bookings and payments is easy, but taking responsibility is clearly beyond them. Zero concern for passenger safety, zero accountability. Think twice before booking with RedBus!

redBus के साथ मेरा अनुभव बेहद खराब रहा। मैंने 7 नवंबर को Daltonganj से Aurangabad (Bihar) के लिए Jai Maa Two Star बस में टिकट बुक किया था। मैं सुबह 6:30 बजे बस स्टैंड पहुँच गया, फिर भी कंडक्टर ने बस निकलने की बात कही। ड्राइवर को फोन करने पर बस स्टैंड पर ही खड़ी मिली। मेरी बुक की हुई सीट L-4 किसी दूसरे यात्री को दे दी गई थी। मुझे इधर-उधर घुमाया गया और दूसरी टिकट लेने को कहा गया। वहाँ कोई उचित मैनेजमेंट या शिकायत काउंटर नहीं था। redBus से अनुरोध है कि जाँच कर कार्रवाई करे।

My phone can't registered in e wallet at all. When do at website, the e wallet cashback was added but can't be redeem. It just show the amount that i can use but there is no option to redeem the cashback.
