AsciiDoc Writing Studio is an AsciiDoc editor built for a phone screen. Type on the Write tab, tap Preview, and read your document rendered with headings, a table of contents, code blocks, tables and notes. The Asciidoctor renderer is built into the app, so the preview works with no connection. AN EDITOR THAT READS ASCIIDOC • Syntax highlighting for headings, attributes, lists, links, inline code, bold and italic text, admonitions and delimited blocks • A row of one-tap buttons inserts headings, bold, italic, inline code, lists, links, images, code blocks, notes, tables, quotes and dividers • Live word count, and every change is saved as you type • Outline: see every heading and jump straight to it • Find and replace, with match case, find next, replace and replace all • Focus mode hides every toolbar so it's just you and the page LIVE PREVIEW • Your document rendered as a real page: title, contents, numbered sections, source blocks, tables, block quotes and NOTE, TIP, IMPORTANT, WARNING and CAUTION admonitions • Article, book and man page document types • Updates while you write, or tap Refresh • Jump to any section from the outline DOCUMENT SETTINGS WITHOUT THE MARKUP Set the title, author, email, revision and document type from a form. Turn on a table of contents or section numbers with one switch. Light and dark. TYPE THE WAY YOU LIKE Choose the editor typeface (JetBrains Mono, IBM Plex Mono, system mono or Inter, plus Fira Code), the text size and the line height. Pick a separate typeface and size for the preview: Source Serif, Inter or Georgia, plus Fraunces. Spell check can be switched on or off.
