Invoice Maker turns your phone into the billing desk of a one-person business. Write an invoice, issue it, share the PDF — no account, no sign-up, no sync. Everything you enter stays on your device. Built for freelancers, contractors and trades who bill their own clients. CREATE AND SHARE • An invoice in a few taps: client, items, tax, discount, signature • Six PDF templates — switch template on a finished document, nothing to retype • Your logo, address and tax registration number on every page • Sign with your finger; attach photos of the work • Share the PDF by email or chat, or send it to a printer • A4 and Letter NUMBERING THAT STAYS CLEAN • Drafts carry no number, so deleting one leaves no gap • Independent sequences for invoices, estimates and credit notes • Issued documents are voided, never deleted — the number stays consumed and the sequence unbroken • Every document freezes its prices, tax rate, currency and tax number at the moment you issue it, so changing a setting never rewrites old paperwork MADE TO WORK IN YOUR COUNTRY • Pick your country once: currency, tax name, tax number label, paper size and document title are set for you • Tax per line or on the total, inclusive or exclusive • Standard-rated, zero-rated, exempt and no-tax lines print differently, because they file differently • Multi-currency: a currency per client, a price list per currency. Amounts are never converted and reports never mix two currencies into one figure GET PAID, THEN SEE WHERE YOU STAND • Record full or partial payments; overdue is worked out at the moment you look • Estimates, and one tap to turn an accepted one into an invoice • Reports by month and by client, with an output tax block and top clients • CSV import for clients and items, CSV export for invoices • A full ZIP backup you keep yourself, and restore from TOOLS • Expenses, with receipt scanning that runs on the phone — no photo is uploaded anywhere • Time tracking, billed straight onto an invoice • Recurring invoices: drafts are created on your schedule and wait for you. The app never sends anything by itself • Job schedule with reminders • Logo maker, if you do not have a logo yet NO SERVER, NO ACCOUNT There is nothing to sign in to. No sync, no analytics, no cloud copy of your clients or your prices. The only things that leave the app are the PDF you share and the backup file you export. That also means the data is only as safe as your last backup — back up from Tools, and keep the file somewhere you will still have it if the phone is lost. Pro unlocks unlimited invoices, all six templates, Expenses, Time tracking, Recurring invoices, Job schedule, Logo maker — and removes ads. Pro is a subscription. It renews automatically at the price shown until cancelled; a free trial, where offered, becomes a paid subscription when it ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play. The free version shows ads. ABOUT E-INVOICING Invoice Maker produces PDF documents. It is not a compliance solution for countries that require structured electronic invoices to be filed with, or cleared by, a tax authority.
