I have been using device since 2020 and I haven't had much issues except twice which the line got disconnected out of the blue, and now I am experiencing the same, I paid my subscription on 24th of august 2026 and my line is not working again

I changing my review very quick respond and help with the problem that I had with the account everything working very well now the customer service responded very quickly and help me straight away with day should I had with the account the app itself it's really good I would recommend to anybody who wish to use it as a second number being outside of the UK great service 5 star

Works well and very happy with app and service. support is via email and is very responsive. I've just temporarily ceased my number (which was easy via support) but will be back when I need an extra number again later in the year

My wife and I have been using Devyce / Xpatfone for 4+ years and upto recently its been great but unfortunately their product no longer works, customer service don't answer and if they do, they take a number of days just to turn around in circles without a solution or a fix to get the app working again. They basically told me to upgrade to the £20+ a month package to message the US but even after doing that, it still doesnt work. It's a shame after all these years, definitely no longer recommend

it stops working after a while - support inexistent i paid for the service and couldn't use it. the sms stopped working and the whatsapp verification doesn't go through. tried to contact support in all forms and no response at all. terrible!!

Call Drop everytime, not a worthy application.

Kept my UK phone number of 20years through devyce for a few years. My card expired, I got 1 email notification (which I missed) and poof my number was gone. Very upset! Generally poor/ inconsistent user experience. Often my diary of contacts wouldnt show up or phone history would just show up as numbers (not names eg who do these numbers belong to?). Not impressed.

Excellent app, It works over WIFI, The signal is excellent and really clear for as long as the call lasts. it rings and gives notification when the app is in the background and even if it's not opened excellent
