2 esims just not work

I purchased esims for two phones ror a 30 day uS plan. exactly 15 days later, in mid-day they both suddenly stopped working. no network, no error message, no customer service, just 2 dead phones. i won't even talk about the additional costs incurred because we had no service. Stay away from these crooks.

This Esim app is really draining the battery, the signal is not as good as other esim companies. It also makes a lotnof issues with the signal of the usual sim after uninstalling it. would not reccomand

I can receive texts but not respond. A waste of money.
data plan stopped in the middle of my trip in the data was only 60% usage ( their app measurement!) had to switch to another esim also too much push messages
