Artesan is the management software for artisans: construction sites, clients, hours worked, estimates, and materials in a single app. Use it on your Android phone or tablet on the construction site, even without a signal, and on your computer in the office with the web app. For plumbers, electricians, bricklayers, carpenters, joiners, installers, and anyone who wants to leave behind scattered sheets of paper and handwritten calculations. CONSTRUCTION SITES Dates, photos, notes, activities, and materials for each construction site in one place. Costs and margins are calculated automatically and are always up to date. From the construction site map, you can navigate to the address. Notes are shared only with the collaborators you choose. CUSTOMERS Save individuals and companies once, with their tax code and VAT number, and connect them to construction sites, estimates, proformas, and documents. In the client's file, you can find all the work done for them and call or text them with a single touch. HOURS WORKED You record your hours with a timer or manually, and your employees record theirs. You assign each hour to the activity you worked on: in the costs section, you'll see how much each hour cost. You set your hourly rate once in your profile, and your employees' hourly rate per job site. With the Pro plan, you can export the hourly summary by employee, job site, and activity, in PDF and Excel. QUOTES Items, labor, and materials with prices from your archive. Logo, company information, and customer headers are already included. VAT, validity, payment, and shipping are included. With the Pro plan, you can export the PDF and send it to the client as you prefer, including via WhatsApp or email. CALENDAR The timeline of job sites by month or quarter. MATERIALS AND DOCUMENTS Archive materials with units of measurement, purchase and sales prices, personal or shared with the company. Photograph up to 10 pages and save them in a single PDF. PDFs and images remain in the document archive, with your labels and linked to the job sites. COLLABORATORS AND TEAMS Invite collaborators with a link or QR code: each person sees only the construction sites they participate in and logs their own hours. If you don't have an account, you can add them and log their hours for them. You can appoint additional administrators for personal construction sites. With Pro Business, you create the company, invite the team, and use roles to decide who can see and edit tasks, materials, prices, hours, and photos. Only the owner and administrators can see costs and rates. WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK SIGNAL Without a connection, you can view construction sites and log hours, photos, notes, tasks, and materials. Changes are automatically applied as soon as the network is restored. HELP AND SUPPORT Write your question from the app, even with a photo or PDF attachment. The assistant responds immediately and, if necessary, the conversation is passed to an operator from our Italian-speaking team. You receive a notification when the operator answers. SUBSCRIPTIONS Pro and Pro Business are automatically renewing subscriptions, charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews at the end of each period until cancelled. Manage and cancel your subscription from the Play Store, under Payments & Subscriptions. If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your paid period, after which you will revert to the Free plan, and your personal projects will remain.
