The downloads haven't gone into hiding: Yify is for discovery, trailers, ratings, and watchlists. Movie and TV downloads aren't offered on our app or website. Thanks for telling us what you expected; that distinction should be clear before installing.

The trailer is the preview, not a full movie in disguise. Yify helps you discover titles, check ratings, and build a watchlist; it doesn't stream or download full movies or shows. Sorry that wasn't clear when you installed it. If a trailer itself fails, please tell us which one.

Sorry it broke for you, Neil. Please try the latest Play Store version. If it still fails on your Galaxy S21 Ultra, tell us whether the problem is opening the app, searching, playing a trailer, or saving a title, and include any error message. That gives us something concrete to investigate.

Sorry it didn't work, Andres. Does Yify fail to open, show a blank screen, or stop during a specific action on your Galaxy S25 Ultra? Please try the current Play Store version and share the step that fails and any error message so we can investigate.

You've spotted the intended feature: the videos are trailers. Yify helps you choose your next watch with movie and TV discovery, ratings, and a watchlist. Full movies and episodes aren't available to stream or download on the app or website.

Sorry Yify left that impression. What let you down most: finding titles, the interface, trailer playback, or something else? A specific example would help us understand what went wrong and where the experience needs work.

Sorry Yify wasn't useful for you. What were you hoping to do, and where did it fall short? It's designed for discovering titles, watching trailers, and keeping a watchlist. If one of those features failed, please tell us what happened so we can investigate.
