I wish it was more popular/set up a bit better so it was easier to navigate. I do agree with other reviewers that it's hit or miss with no real update or guidance. You list what you need with photos, include the price of the items as well as what you're willing to pay your gopher. You could be selected by a gopher in an hour, 3 hours, or never. I was having car battery trouble and I had a roll of nicotine pouches delivered just like Doordash would. ID checked then done.

Hi Michelle, We're happy to help and available 24/7. If you can just tell is which verification (OTP) you were unable to get past. Update — this one's fixed. Log back in and you'll land straight on the email step: enter the correct address, save, and the code arrives immediately. No support ticket, no reinstall. Whatever brought you here in the first place, it's ready when you are.
will not unblock so app can be used. trying to get the codes was very difficult and then they blocked it if didnt need servicei would say forget it I. house bound and I neeEd this but . im done trying

Hi Marilyn, sorry you ran into our OTP blocker. This occurs when the OTP is entered incorrectly 3 times in a row. For user security the block lasts 6 hours — however, if you email support@gophergo.io, a human can get you back on track immediately.

Hi Stepfanie, sorry you're not a fan of the profile pic. However thank you for giving us the opportunity to share "why." Since you're hiring your local worker directly, both sides of the process have shared appreciation for the layer of identity, albeit informal. Your profile pic is not shared unless you hire someone for what you're looking for.
I can't even attempt to use it. after making a typo in my email address, I didn't get the confirmation email. The app said to use the back button to correct any errors, but the back button doesn't go back to anything. it just leaves you on the same screen. I've even gone so far as uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I wind up in the same loop where it is trying to send email to an address with a typo and no way of fixing it.

We purposefully do not gate the Gopher Marketplace because if a single worker signed up today, they could help you. Our goal is to get the word out faster, everywhere. Hi Ronnie, Easy fix here. Your camera settings must have been set to "Deny." If you go to your Gopher Go App and change the Camera permission to "Allow," you'll be good to go. We emailed you a quick demo of how to do that for your convenience. Regards
