Pairs quickly with my device. Gives a ton of awesome info when I plug into Ethernet ports that I can use for quick diagnostics. it's like the Fluke Network meter, but a lot cheaper and just as good.
It's great, except: Sometimes the Bluetooth takes a while to initiate communication with the device. The delay is sometimes so long I (probably unnecessarily) reset the device or Bluetooth connection. This behavior was observed on both the Google Pixel 7 Pro and the Google Pixel 9 Pro fold.

This app is awesome and very helpful with it's associated device. The combination provides great information on the connected network connection, the associated protocols, connectivity, and tests. It also has the ability to assist with documentation and can upload the information to your own cloud account. Incredible helpful tool for an IT person. Definitely worth it! I haven't experienced any issues with the app or the device.

Great tool
As an ex-pen tester and current IT manager, I wish this was around 10 years ago. It has saved hundreds of hours of slow, tracing work ALONE. Not to mention all the incredible features it has. If you are in the IT space and aren't sure if you need one, YOU DO, trust me. It is worth every penny.

Bluetooth is slow; wifi didn't work most of the time; Can't assign a static IP on the Enthernet side; Discovery Timers pages didn't save setting. Buggy sofftware, I'm very disappointed.
Absolutely horrible. The device itself is extremely slow and you often to reconnect to WiFi or Bluetooth, and sometimes that doesn't work and you have to restart the app, the device, or both. The device has some promise, but right now I'd say it's post-alpha testing at best. The final measure of a device like this is if it helps productivity. I just wasted 2 hours on testing this, and while it was able to do one main function (gathering switch and port data), I was not able to do much else.
