Weak customer support, late replies. still didn't use the service, and I shall update my review after. but definitely not recommended for short time use, you'll suffer to get support.
Totally unreliable service. I followed all the setup instructions correctly, and landed with no 3g. This is the second time it happened with Simly. Customer service was slow to answer, I bought another sim in the meantime as I was needing mobile service. Customer service later proceeded to give other steps to further setup the sim that were NOT included in the initial setup instructions... all while refusing to give me a refund for the service I no longer needed as it was too unreliable.
This app is a complete failure and very bad; I do not recommend using it.

app works great in Turkey and AWFUL in Jordan, connection is bad, and in many situations I've faced "not connected to internet " where I needed the connection badly (navigation, access to formal sites, etc)
waste of money! did not work! i had to buy a sim at the airport. I paid 63 dirhams for nothing. I asked for refund but that was ignored, instead someone contacted me providing some technical fix which was also useless.

this my third time using this app.. this time the topup gone very fast i use googlemap around 1 hour and the 2G gone immeditly .. i think some thing change in this app .. i will update you
