Your first exercise comes right away, before any offer. Reminders count your streak from day one. Today's exercise voice downloads in advance, so it plays even on a weak connection. Updated catalog: 129 exercises, available offline too.
Check your posture with your camera, then guided exercises and active breaks.
Posture and movement, a few minutes a day. Posely checks your posture and balance with your phone's camera, gives you a guided exercise plan with step-by-step voice guidance and reminds you to move while you work. Then you check again, because that's how you see whether something is working. HOW IT WORKS 0. A few questions first — whether there's anything that means you should take it easy, and where you feel discomfort or stiffness. They're used to remove the exercises and tests that aren't right for you. No diagnosis, and you can change your answers any time. 1. Three photos — front, side and back. The app guides your framing and estimates symmetry: shoulders, pelvis, forward head, trunk tilt. 2. The balance test — up to thirty seconds on one leg, each side, with the camera watching how steady your pelvis stays. 3. The plan — exercises chosen from what came up, a few minutes at home, explained step by step by a voice coach. WHAT IT LOOKS AT • Neck and shoulders: forward head, shoulder height and rotation • Back: trunk tilt • Pelvis and legs: alignment and symmetry • Balance: holding on one leg and pelvic drop WHAT'S INSIDE • A score for each area, to repeat whenever you like • Voice-guided exercises and reminders • Guided breaks for people who sit at a desk all day • Articles with the scientific sources next to the numbers • A free PDF report with annotated photos and scores to bring to your physiotherapist or trainer • If a professional follows you: enter their clinic code or scan their QR code, and they see the results you choose to share — never your photos Good for desk workers, back and neck stiffness, mobility and stretching routines. PRIVACY Photos are analyzed on your phone and stay there, encrypted with a key that never leaves the device and excluded from backups: we don't store them on our servers. You sign in with Apple or Google: your checks, scores and answers are synced to our servers in the European Union so you can find them on another phone, and you can delete everything at any time from your Profile. If you'd like to help us improve body-point recognition, you can turn on sharing in your Profile: photos from later checks are sent with the head covered, already locked with a key the server doesn't have, with no name and no account. WHAT POSELY DOESN'T DO Posely doesn't diagnose and doesn't replace a visit to a professional. Scores are estimates from photos, not clinical measurements: no clinical validation has been done, and they're meant for comparing yourself with yourself over time. A low score isn't a disease, and a high score doesn't rule anything out. If you're in pain, if it started suddenly or if you've been injured, see a doctor first. POSELY PLUS The check, the score and your first exercises are free. Posely Plus adds full week-by-week programs, downloaded exercises to train offline and the overhead squat step. Auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage it or turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play settings.
