Scam! Do not purchase this subscription! I canceled the subscription and uninstalled the app over 2 years ago, but it keeps charging me every year for this app that I don't have and used once (trial period) over two years ago, then canceled because it was useless to me and not what I thought it was. I've been charged for 3 years and keep cancelling it and don't even have the app! I can't find any contact info or method to ask for a refund!
very insightful application
I am trying to work on some toxic behaviors and codependency I have in my relationship and I have only had the app for 2 days so far. but soo much of me has poured out already, I really think it helps
I accept AI's6 suggestions & I will accept them all.
hollow and robotic. designed to hook you and keep you engaged. cheap marketing dressed up to take advantage of people that actually need help.
I genuinely think this app is awesome, so I went into it and essentially you get asked a question every message the A.I sends you, so I answer and explain and I realise I'm explaining things and that makes the whole situation clearer to analyse. but also it explains how maybe I'm thinking way to over the top about health anxiety for Instance and it will clarify the facts and that it's not as serious as I'm making it and talking through strategies to regulate myself in times of huge stress. 🙌

It is NOT free, although it is listed as free -- it costs more than person-to-person therapy in our region -- and AI "help" is repetitive. Ashamedly, I skimmed the legal pages ...until I started feeling as if the app was a scam, and when I went back to those pgs. I found that they can use your info loosely (sharing/selling) -- thank goodness I Unsubscribed "early-on"!
