Scale a recipe by multiplier, batch count, total weight, flour weight, available ingredients, piece weight or pan dimensions and capacity. You can include the flour and water in a starter and specify water contained in other ingredients when calculating hydration. Keep your original recipe while trying a different scale, then save the result as a separate recipe. Organize recipes with favorites, categories, search, ingredient groups and preparation notes. Drafts and weighing checklists are stored on the device. Share recipe text, export PDF or CSV files, and save or import JSON backups. The weighing screen can keep the display awake. Display weights in g, kg, oz or lb with your chosen decimal precision. Weight input remains in grams. There are no ads, accounts, analytics, subscriptions, in-app purchases or app-managed network transfers. Android may back up saved recipes and settings according to your device backup settings. Export and sharing happen only when you choose them. Supports Japanese and English. Starter calculations cover flour and water. The app does not estimate nutrition, convert volume to mass or automatically adjust baking and fermentation times.
