Ten Japanese words a day, on sticky notes. JLPT N1, N2, speech and business.
A few new words, every morning.
StickyWord is a Japanese vocabulary app built on sticky notes. Ten new words arrive on your desk each day — no more. Peel off the ones you already know, and the rest come back just as you start to forget them. No endless list to scroll: only today's words are on the desk.
■ Today's Desk
The day's new words, laid out as sticky notes. Reading, part of speech, Chinese and English meanings, and an example sentence all fit on one note.
Tap "I already know this" and the word is gone for good. Whatever you leave on the desk joins the review queue when the day ends.
■ Saved
Keep any word with a tap. Pin the ones you return to and they stay at the top.
Everything else is grouped by month, with kana ordering, a kana index down the right edge, and search across Japanese, kana, romaji, Chinese and English. You will find it again.
■ Today's Review
Flip the card. Swipe right if it came back to you, left if it was shaky.
Each "Got it" pushes the next meeting further out: 1 day → 3 days → 7 days → 15 days → 1 month → 2 months → 3 months → 6 months. A shaky answer steps back down the ladder and returns sooner.
A calendar lets you walk back to any past day and look at that desk again.
