How about a user manual? I have no idea what the red and blue sides mean.

A tinnitus app that blasts temu adverts is not at all helpful. This app used to be great. Avoid...
It crashes if I try to switch background mode (Android 13, Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra). There is no easy way to set low volume, which is especially needed to search for the tinnitus frequency (it is possible to work around this, but simple slider to precisely adjust both the main and background sounds is needed). The app does not allow to adjust frequency or other options in real-time. Again, having sliders for this would have been helpful. That said, it actually works to reduce tinnitus.
Really useful diagnostic tool.

Thank you.
dear its still too complicated and watching a youtube video isnt a good excuse for having bad ux and ui. u can easily fix much of the problem by using a onboarding page in first opening.

I need use a 180 to 240Hz sine wave at low volumne to cancel my head 59Hz vibrating sound. The internal sound is far more unbearable. Unfortunately this program is incapable of keeping the note constant, it keeps jumping like a brocken record.

Sorry, I don't know why the note jumping. That is not expected behavior.
Can't vary the background volume in ratio to the sine volume.

HI, have you tried the Balance option which can be set from the earphone icon? You would see that the L and R volumes are set at 50 on default. If you set the L and R volume to 10, for example, you would hear the L and R sound more quiet relative to the background sound.
