I got the message that the nanaco mobile ap doesn't work I tried downloading it again but it didn't work I'm using an Android, it has NFC so it should work I think can the developers help me get it to work please? thank you

Gives an error saying incompatible device because it's a device without osaifukeitai. But I have a nanaco account. It could just let me login and just not make the NFC part usable. Silly decision.

The point can help

This app lets me neither settings nor top-up with WiFi. Their customer service desk even doesn't know its cause. How come? What if you were a traveller or something. Needed a SIM? このアプリは、Wi-Fiだけではセッティングもカードにチャージすることもできないようです。 カスタマーサポートのかたは丁寧でしたが、理由は分からないそうです。 他社の電子マネーでは、そのようなことは聞いたことがありません。
