Arrived at a job and unsure whether you have the right spare part? Search your parts inventory by name, part number or barcode. PartTally shows the quantity, photo and primary storage location together, so you can check what you have and where to look. Built for field technicians, maintenance workers and parts handlers, PartTally helps you manage the parts in your service van, workshop or stockroom as you work. No app account is required. Find the part before you start Label a part's usual storage place with something familiar, such as “Van drawer 2” or “Rack B”. Search by name or scan its barcode when you need it. Parts without barcodes are just as easy to look up, and you can start with a name and quantity, adding a photo or location later. Record what you use at the job After fitting or using parts, record the quantity used while the work is still fresh. Add an optional note, such as a work order number or customer name, so you can later see which parts went into which job. For several parts, scan them in Use mode, review the list and save the stock changes together with one note. If you make a mistake, undo a recent change or batch; the correction stays in the movement history. Put new stock away with a record When a delivery arrives, switch to Receive mode and scan the parts in sequence. Adjust quantities or remove entries before saving, and note the supplier or delivery number for the batch. For an unfamiliar barcode, create a new part or link it to an existing one. Check what to replenish Set minimum stock levels and check the low-stock list before your next supply run. Share the list by message or email when you place an order. When you count the parts on a shelf, enter the observed quantity as a physical count. See what changed and why Stock history shows what was received, used or corrected, with quantities before and after each change and any note you added. Search history by part name or note, then share the records shown, such as every part used on one job, for your report or billing. Keep working when the signal drops Your inventory, photos and stock history are stored on your device. Parts lookup, barcode scanning, photos and quantity changes work offline, including at sites with no mobile signal. Take your inventory to your next phone Save a full backup and restore it on another phone, keeping parts, barcodes, photos, storage labels, units, movement history and notes together. Keep a copy outside your phone. Use CSV import and export for part lists; CSV does not include photos or history. The free version supports 100 distinct part types, with one photo and one barcode per part. At the limit, you can still find and update existing parts, perform counts, view history and export your data. Full backup, restore and basic CSV export remain free. PartTally manages one person's inventory on one device. Location labels show a primary storage place; stock is tracked per part, not separately for each bin. Pieces, sets and measured units such as metres and litres are supported, with fractional quantities for measured units. Available in English and Korean.
