Catch Pilates is a premium program of 1:6 group lessons and 1:1 lessons to improve musculoskeletal imbalance and the beauty of the body line. The special training course takes into account the characteristics of instructors who are highly satisfied with customers in the field, and only instructors who pass the association's strict qualification test can work as Catch Pilates instructors. Special instructors accurately diagnose the customer's body type and exercise ability and provide a customized exercise program based on the results. (Detailed program for ankles/knees/lumbar pelvis/spine/shoulders, neck, etc.) We will look deeper into our customers' bodies and listen more closely to their voices to create happiness and health.
