Orees Reserve

Orees Reserve is the host stand for a restaurant floor. The app shows the floor plan in real time, keeps table bookings and records when guests are seated. The tablet sits on the host desk; everything the host marks is instantly visible on the other tablets in the room and at the POS. It is a module of the OREES platform: staff sign in with their OREES account, tables and rooms come from the POS, guest profiles and spending come from the loyalty program. This is an internal tool for restaurant staff, not an app for diners: without an account issued by the organization's administrator, no data is available. Features: • Floor plan by zone — free, occupied, booked and out-of-service tables at a glance, with booking time and party size. • Booking by phone — the app recognizes a returning guest by number, fills in the name and usual time, checks capacity and suggests tables. • Table linking for large parties: several tables act as one, with a main table. • Seating in one tap — with or without a booking, stamped with the actual time. • Moving a booking to another table or day, relocating a seated party. • A reminder to free a table before the next booking. • Booking list for any day: search by name or phone, bookings by zone, closed bookings with a reason — left, cancelled, no-show. • Guests: loyalty tiers, visit history, notes on preferences. • Occupancy reports: tables by status, bookings by time, seating by zone. • Venue settings: floor plan layout, table capacity, gaps between bookings, dark theme. The app is designed for a tablet in landscape orientation and requires an internet connection.
