Enjoy Wellness

Enjoy Wellness is the spa administrator's workspace. The app replaces a paper appointment book: columns represent the therapists on shift, rows represent the hours, and appointments are recorded with five-minute accuracy. What the administrator does: • In the morning, note which therapists are on shift; • Schedule a guest: service, therapist, time, name, and phone number—the end of the session is calculated based on the service duration; • View available appointments for each therapist and will not schedule two guests for the same time; • Reschedule and cancel appointments, mark "procedure completed" and "guest did not show." Prices and services are collected from the establishment's cash register, and the receipt is processed as usual. The app is designed for employees and works with the employee account; it is not intended for guests.
