I have horrible experience with this app .. I exchange my top with another one that is less amount compare to previous one .. But still charges 100 rupees more and not yet Received my exchange top we can't contact with customer care very bad mangement and totally loss of my money.. So disappointed!!!

Fraud app ever ....Till now am not get my exchange order I already paid 99 rupees for exchange, others app not take any charges for exchange but this app took, delivered request date is over, till now not get any response from app side ... Please do not buy anything from here worst app ever cheater

I made the payment online, but I still haven't received my product. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I can't even contact the customer support team by phone. This is unacceptable! The app takes payment but fails to deliver the product or provide proper support. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
