Swa:aha - Meditation & Yoga

It's a great app, been using it for like 3 years, I have used it when it was Level Supermind and now as Swaaha. The updated version is full of variety but has a lot of glitches, for instance when I am using the sleep feature and I choose for all stories in categories I only see two series, and a few similar problems like this. This makes me think that the previous version was at least better than this one even though it only has limited features.

I genuinely loved using the Swa:aha app. It has actually helped me meditate more regularly, manage my stress better, and feel more calm and centred. I’ve found the meditations really helpful during times when I felt overwhelmed or emotionally drained. It feels like a safe space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. I’m really glad I discovered this app and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to bring more peace and mindfulness into their daily life.
