Some exercises are too long so I do 30sec, rest 10, another 30. Some meals are just too much so reduce quantities. I do like the daily check-in, keeping me accountable. Can't extend fast as hubby won't wait for me! Can do 14hr fast, no more.

It's a one dimensional bot, recipes almost exclusively stir fry, does not recall dislikes & it repeats over & over. It is very annoying, it nags. it doesn't encourage & I'm tired of a bot telling me how it feels. I wanted facts, a program that would track my history & adjust accordingly. Nope. It has no recognition of reality either, I suggested a yak roast with extraordinary sides and a 1/2 gallon of odd drinks. Instead of flagging the impossible aspects of this meal, it gave me a recipe. WOW
