Charging costs calculations are incorrect. They are updating the balance later but don't show any proper logs.

I cannot even think about a day that I have charged the vehicle through this app without any hassle. Yes, the UI is great, the chargers are good, but the connectivity between those fast chargers and the server side is awful. And every time we are going to charge the vehicles, we run into problems. such as app saying the charger is occupied even without it plugged into any vehicles. Hope they would fix it soon.

One of the MOST USER UNFRIENDLY Apps. This app is only useful to connect with DC FCs. Soo complicated lengthy process to get connected to Home Charger which I have successful only once for the last 01 year period. We should bring down a Volt Technician home or waste hours with the Phone & Laptop following their instructions from the customer support. I'll never recommended to anyone...!!! Using Volt Charger since I have no other option now...

Worst app I've used. The user experience is incredibly frustrating cluttered interface, confusing navigation, and too many unnecessary steps. It feels like the app was designed without the user in mind. Needs a serious UX overhaul.
