Best app for m1. I have used the m1 pro app for many years with no issues. I just switched over to this one. Had a few issues setting up on my part but I reached out to tech support and they helped me resolve my issues and got me up and going. very well thought out app and easy to use. Great job!! Has been 100% reliable i have done many test with it and has worked 100% something you want when protecting your home. Thanks again

Worst alarm app. Constant issues dropping in and out not to mention the countless push notification issues. Tech support is blaming it on google and not willing to help in anyway. Definitely pulling the alarm put and moving to a more reliable system.

I originally gave this app three stars (couldn't see all the lights) however, support was quick to respond and resolved my issue so I'm now giving them five stars.

Complicated to set up. I finally had it an now, suddenly, cannot connect. Have tried, for over 1 hour define how to log into my account.

Works well with my Elk M1 gold systems. When I had an issue with remote connection, the tech support response was extremely fast.

Must have app for anyone with an Elk M1 system. Very easy to use and set up, surprisingly responsive, almost immediate communication to the panel, and tech support is awesome! No need to play with router settings or IP addresses, just setup in software and go! Two recommendations for future updates: 1.) Ability to hide specific zones or outputs. -OR- Have a screen on the app where you can add "favorite" zones/outputs you can view at a glance. 2.) Add history for push notifications.
