I was told that I had a free trial, but I was charged anyway. I cancelled my subscription, but nobody refunds me. And I send requests to the support team per email, but nobody replies!!! Is it a scam? I texted their official support email address (redirected from their app), nobody answered my email, even though I sent several of them with a highly detailed description of the issue.

Can't wait to use to see how effective it can be!!! The app seems great so far, just wish I could add other songs as an alarm
