the latest version is awful. they should go back to the old one. can't access my services, it asks to add a new number despite I'm logging in and my number is displayed in my profile. can't accept my registered email that I'm using it since decades and so on...

Terrible disaster This is without a doubt one of the worst-designed applications I have ever used. 1rst the app is ridiculously, painfully slow. Every screen takes forever to load, and half the time it just freezes . 2nd the security design is completely absurd. It’s an app to manage a basic phone number, not a high-security Swiss bank account! Every time I open it, it ask for password and sends an SMS verification crazy 3rd to log to an internet no you need to remove card from router 4 sms

very unfriendly using app , the old one was far better and easy . too many security OTP , passcode !!! what is this ? The Pentagon!!!!! take it out and re introduce the old app .

A disaster useless APP. For sure there is no quality control when updating or releasing this App. Can't find my balance, can't buy new credit and there is no logic behind the design or the App. It is made intentionally to irritate users, they know the alternative is worse.
