la aplicación no me deja entrar con datos biométricos por más que lo activo en configuración

(1) This BanCoppel, try to run all day long since device is powered on, and doesn't close when we exit app. (2) Coppel made their apps to STOP working, because of active dev.settings to disable UI animations and improve device RAM usage and battery life. (2b) BanCoppel urges users to waste a lot of CPU and battery power to allow this app to run, until end using it, then reconfigure your device again to make it efficient once more. (3) why you wanna force us to give up biometrics? not safe
muy mala, la aplicación no me permite acceso a mi cuenta, me pide mi información y me indica que debo acudir a una sucursal a firmar electrónica mente algo que ya hice. no merece ni una estrella

Muy, muy mal, estoy tratando de iniciar sesión desde el último mes y no funciona. La aplicación siempre dice reporta tu problema muchas veces, lo informé, pero aún así no puedo iniciar sesión y también visito la sucursal 4 veces. Luego me dijeron que el problema está en tu teléfono, luego cambié mi teléfono y el problema aún no está resuelto.

Horrible aplicación, a veces no entran pagos o te los duplica, está casi siempre en mantenimiento y ahora también no te deja transferir a otros bancos. Siempre es un error u otro con esta aplicación
si no es una cosa es otra pero cuando la quiero usar no se puede. pésimo servicio

solo funciona cuando quiere, su afore no sirve ni tampoco su aplicacion. Enserio no pueden hacer las cosas bien?
