App is quite buggy, getting errors trying to add my tickets to my wallet, also having issues when I have to verify the payment, that seems to crash / error when it's a Lloyds card

Five stars for customer service, spotless cinema, super comfy seats and plenty of treats. Had a lovely Sunday girlie get together in Arc Cinema for Devil Wears Prada 2. Thank you Arc Cinema!
Cinema is great, app is awful, after every interaction it has a error and asks to try again. sometimes progress saves so you can power through to buying tickets but its a gamble
keep getting error code with my debit card
Unable to log in using the app, yet I can paste the same information online and log in without a problem. I tried resetting the password but that didn't work. I reset the password again, then cleared my cache but still no luck, so I've now uninstalled the app. Using a mobile browser is always more cumbersome, so I'm now less likely to book with Arc, and more likely to go to Showcase or Savoy.
