Callwise turns the VoIP account you already have into a calm, reliable phone line on your Android phone. Add the account from your VoIP provider or office phone system (SIP user name, password and server), then make and receive calls like on a regular phone, with the lock screen, Bluetooth and your contacts working the way you expect.
