See which ISP customer is calling: name, package, due and live status.
ISP Caller ID is the caller ID app for "ISP Cloud Billing". When a customer calls, their name, photo, package, expiry, due and live connection status appear over the call screen, so staff know who is calling before they answer. ⚠️ Important Note: This app does not work standalone. Your organization must have the "ISP Cloud Billing" software active. Staff log in with the billing server address and their own username and password. Key Features: 📞 Caller ID: customer card on incoming and outgoing calls. 👥 Permission based: each employee sees only the customers they are allowed to (staff, reseller and owner logins). 📶 Live status: online status, ONU optical power and live traffic for each customer. 🎛️ Managed from the billing panel: choose what the caller card shows. 🕘 Customer call history, customer search, and call / SMS / WhatsApp in one tap. 📴 Works offline with the last downloaded customer list. How to Use: 1. Install and open the app. 2. Enter your ISP Cloud Billing server URL. 3. Log in with your staff username and password. 4. Allow the Caller ID app role and "Display over other apps". ISP Caller ID is not a phone (dialer) app. It does not read your call log and does not upload your contacts.
