Somebody's life may depend on good cable. This app allows the installer to check the UL and ETL database for authentic fire safety compliance. If the networking cable you are considering is lightweight, cheap and/or unwinds improperly, you should reconsider buying or installing it. It's illegal to install non-compliant cabling in walls, plenum and risers. I just watched a UL test of authentic and non-compliant cable fire test. It was horrendous and very scary. Don't kill someone, buy real cable.
