Garment shop-floor app: QC defects, line operators and QR material tracking.
SeamStream is the shop-floor app for garment factories. It is built by a garment manufacturer that runs its own factory in Indonesia, with 80 sewing lines across four buildings and 1,000+ SeamStream devices deployed so far. ■ What you do in the app • QC: mark each defect on the garment photo, or tap Quality Pass. The number of garments you've inspected updates on screen. • Lines: map processes and operators for every line. • Materials: scan QR codes to record where fabric and trims are stored, and log USE, TRANSFER OUT, RELOCATE or DISPOSE. Check the quantity and composition of each item. • Fabric Request: request fabric for cutting from the app. ■ Who uses it QC, cutting and warehouse staff at factories running SeamStream. ■ Connected to the web Everything entered in the app flows into SeamStream on the web, where it is used to calculate output per line, cost per style and the factory's break-even point.
