I have never had an issue that was not any fault of mine. For instance, I parked in a space thinking that it would allow for time extensions. If I had read, I would have known that not all zones, like some in center city, allow for the time to be extended. Do the extra fees suck? Yes... but the app allows me to extend and end my time as needed and the fee beats a $51 parking ticket for an expired meter 🤷🏽♀️

Stopped working on Pixel 10 Pro
I'm not happy with the new update because it no longer has the stop button that allows you to end your session. I had an appt that ended within an hour. My session has a remaining 2 hrs that I will not use. This updated app is a money grab because it will not allow you to end your session.

reliable app
This app no longer works properly. I unable to pay for parking through app as many other users stated. I have updated the app, too. Still no good.I bet it's a setup to get more money from people. Shameful.
Has been mostly reliable for me, but recently it told me "Something went wrong" (very helpful error message) and discontinued my session. Sure enough, I got a ticket. I would have given the app 5* before this.
