Hi, try to update the app to the newest version, restart the device and click "restore purchases". If that doesn't help write us at info @ hand-write.com with your payment details and we issue a refund. Sorry for any inconvenience.

really usefull and easy to use
so far I haven't had no problems
I lost 10 hours of notes due to a broken save button. I kept pressing the save button throughout the day as I wrote notes for my exam. there was a small visual glitch each time I pushed the button, but I assumed it was only visual. I just closed the file, only to find out only the title saved. it doesn't matter if your app fulfills its purpose if I am physically unable to save my work. The app has other bugs as well, but this was the worst. All of my hours of review gone in an instant.
