it's a bit annoying when labelling trips as "business trip", that the app always labels as "personal trip". it requires a few clicks and changes to finally have this trip updates to a business trip. it's a bit annoying, but other than that is a decent app.
Leuk dat je minder betaald voor online kaartjes, minder leuk dat ze zo kinderachtig zijn om een opt-in voor de voorwaarden op te volgen met een opt-out voor reclame, elke keer dat je een ticket koopt en de opt-out is 9 van de 10 keer niet eens zichtbaar... Verder als app ok, snel en redelijk bruikbaar, het kopen van tickets kan beter, detectie van huidig/dichtsbijzijnde station?
NS and the Dutch public transport is worse than in Eastern Europe.
2026 en je kan nog niet je OV kaart in je smart wallet plaatsen. wat een onzin
scam subscription if you ever want a subscription keep in mind they will charge you for two monts at least

Hi, sorry to hear you've unintentionally had a subscription longer than you expected. What can we do to communicate this more clearly?
Using the planner has been useless for awhile now, esp when wanting to arrive at a certain time. Instead I get trains leaving at that time and when you try to adjust it or use a departure time, the results still don't match what is requested. The app still won't remember the language setting. I set it to Dutch but any time I reopen the app it's back to English.

USELESS
Always on tracking with mandatory logins. Completely unreliable and cluttered like their trains.
Forced to use this bloatware for tickets.

rot ap. moet ik downloaden om kaartje te laten zien. mag niet eens een pdf zijn. ap werkt ook niet. ns is slecht bedrijf
