I used to use this app all the time and everything was fine, but recently, I got a new phone and I had to reinstall it. Now, whenever I try to watch a video, it stops at three seconds and won't let me continue. it is now unusable. very disappointed ☹️

Can you confirm if you are still facing this issue? We had an outage at our servers around the time you posted, and it was already fixed. Please reach us at info@alephbeta.org if you face any issues, and we'll be glad to help you.
App constantly crashes. I could not finish signing up to create a password. Then the app stated I already had an account and to reset my password which I never had to begin with. Sent me a link to reset through email which brought me to the website and even there it froze and wouldn't let me click on any links.

I often have difficulty logging in. I also have difficulty with videos not wanting to start.

I love the content but the app is buggy. I can't make it through any of the videos without the media player giving up. It's so frustrating that I just quit the app. I currently have a paid membership. I think there needs to be a way to download the videos and play them without them crashing the media player and sending me back to the initial video page.
