I've loved using the app and the content, but since they moved to a web app it hasn't worked properly for me. I can't watch anything because it says that my browser needs updating for the videos to work, which I know isn't true because it's already up to date. Even after deleting and reinstalling I still have the same issue. I wish it was a regular app again. It's very frustrating. I use an android and Firefox. Not sure if that's a factor.
I only downloaded this app for Relative Race. It worked great before but after the new update, I can't get past the first 15mins of the 1st episode of the new season withoutit freezing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I'm done trying. I guess I just won't watch the new season or any new seasons to come. Uninstalled app.
I just want to watch the original studio c. App lags, crashes, buffers, plays noises even if the app is closed, and if I move the placement it will take me to a random point in the episode.
freezing issues during shows especially relative race which I highly recommend

Glitchy!!!!! I mostly watch because of relative race but I can't even watch through 15min without it cutting off on me. I love this show and its just so disappointing that I can access any show or movie on this app without it showing loss of connection and I know its not on my side. I've refreshed the internet and deleted and uploaded the app countless times on my TV and my phone and my firestick.... it glitches in all of them. this app used to work maybe a few yrs back. not anymore.

APP freezes and stops making it impossible to watch a show

I've loved the BYUtv app in the past, in terms of the content available. But it is not a user friendly app. It's difficult to locate shows you are in the middle of watching if you have toto leave the app and come back for any reason. Also, something must have changed with the app. I'm getting a pop-up that certain shows require logging on, but when I try to log on, it just had me going in a loop and never let's me log on. I'm so frustrated.

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
