This app is horrible. Available seats are blocked off for no reason but available at the theatre; If you are an Exxxtras member, you can input the card but you will not get the discount on concessions; They have now added the "promo" discounts for other products that you need to decline before getting your tickets (very much like you see on scam downloads). And all of this for a $1.50 service fee per ticket.

used to buy tickets for landmark cinema. prices are the same or almost the same as Cineplex. I rarely see movies. I'll re download the app when I buy tickets in advance.

$5 movie tick liars I had a tmobile perk and I redeemed it yesterday went to buy and $5 ticket today I used my code I got yesterday. and they said expired. tmobile gave me one per line I cannot use mine what a waist of a perk and no family movie night. thanks for lying atom... why would you comment on this.. you didnt resolve or do anything. you told me to email you to waste my time yall are even more pathetic

you used to be able to skip the line but now that isn't really a thing anymore. no reason to bother with Atom anymore.

Accidentally put in the wrong phone number at account creation. Can't login to account to change it because it requires a verification code from the phone number. Can't access code cause its the wrong phone number. Can't make new account with same email cause I cant login to delete the first. Tried getting to customer service but customer service is essentially non-existent cause it redirects me to a dumb chat bot that can only answer questions with wrong answers or exclaims not understanding.
