Hello, I recently discovered this app. Since I have two children, I would like to create two separate accounts for them in the app, but the app doesn't seem to allow me to do so. Could you please guide me on how to do this? I would really appreciate your help. Thank you!

Welcome to Khan Academy Kids Fatemeh. Both kids can share one account, each with their own profile. Tap For Parents at the bottom of the user select screen, go to Grown-Ups Only, and add a new user. If that option doesn’t appear, reach out via the Contact Us form at khankids.org and our team can help.

I don't know what went wrong for the past few months, I keep getting "Oops! we're napping..... we'll be back soon". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, updating and I'm not sure of what to do next.
