Mindful Meditations & Courses

I'm a busy, minds on, school leader who knows that I need to be deliberate about relaxation and just brining it down. Since the pandemic, mindfulness has become a transformative priority for me. Discovering Mindful put all the literature and practices in front of me so my desire to do better is bridged by going straight to the resources. I intend to live well and this helps.

This Mindful app, launched in 2025, is a blatant copy of the Mindfulness app launched in 2016. The meditations are sometimes verbatim those on Mindfulness that I have enjoyed for years. I believe there could be lawsuit here. The voice is very business like, not at all the compassionate voices you hear on Mindfulness. And, no, I am not invested the in Mindfulness app, I get nothing out of posting this review.

Loving it, so far, found the website, it directed me to download the app and I'm glad I did. They have a free version to the paid version with more options and benefits.

I have spent an hour trying to get in. Finally found the website, they already have an account on their website but it doesn't register. Need to enter both my name and my email but the sign in only has one name. Error 200 from Sign in with google. And once I clicked get help FROM THE LOGIN SCREEN it says, "Oh, go to your profile and send us a report." Now the irony is that yes, that's how Yoda would treat a new applicant, "Found someone you have" but he is there to see what is happening.
