The app is not working at all. It wouldn't let me sign up or sign in at first. Now I managed to do that, it cannot find my location, every time I enter the location it shows an error message, I cannot add or pair the device without the location so the app is no help at all.
No longer able to log in (despite password reset), website appears to be dead. I guess the filter is now electronic waste...
The app does not work.. Once you can understand and get past that... The unit works on automatic when you plug it in. The hepa filter and system is one of the best in the industry. The unit is worth well over a few hundred dollars and works incredibly well.. Try walking past and farting it turns on high... Too much Cologne in the room area, It's senses and turns on high for sometimes hours or until the air is detected clean.. So yeah... not useless.

Does not load when setting up profile.
Do not buy this once great product. This app used to work great, but it no longer works at all. The company website Auraair.io is a sinkhole site with 403 forbidden and broken certificates. Customer support is dead and abandoned. The App will not set a location, and the Aura Air units will not connect, they only run in auto mode. Do not buy this once great product.
The app doesn't work, this is the reason: the company is a bankrupt, and the cloud service provider shut them down due to $900k debt. Search in Google/News
Used to work (not every well, but it functioned) though not very useful - but you could see when the filter needed replacing and get an air quality alrert. These days can't even log in, just errors.
Can't log in. Please fix!
Originally designed to control the Aura Air line-up of air purification & monitoring devices. The app was a first of its kind and, although fairly rudimentary in its interface, it was exceptionally helpful in identifying air quality, particles, humility, weather, etc. Unfortunately, the original small company was sold and the latest owner has all but abandoned both the physical products and this supporting app itself. Users of either the app or devices now find them both mostly useless.

Company in bankruptcy and therefore servers are down for this app. And it seems that is the only way to control the device.. that is stupid
